Our packages are sent to all delivery countries with DPD.
Products that cannot be sent by parcel service are transported by the Gebrüder Weiss shipping company from Austria.

We package all parcels carefully and use as little plastic as possible - unless the product has already been carefully packaged in it by the previous supplier. If possible, you can dispose of the packaging in a paper or cardboard container.

As soon as we have received your complete order, it will be processed immediately and dispatched after receipt of payment. If you order products in stock by 12:00 noon, we will dispatch them the same day.

Orders containing both in-stock and procurement items will be shipped as soon as all products have been received by us.

The maximum delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time. If you would like to receive products with different delivery times in advance, please contact us in advance to clarify this. This way we can avoid unnecessary parcel shipments - in your interest and ours.

The delivery time from ordering to delivery depends on the respective product and can be viewed in the delivery time information. If a product is in stock, it is ready for dispatch immediately and will be delivered within 1-5 working days. If the delivery time is 5 working days, the product will arrive within this period. Please note that dispatch and delivery days are Monday to Friday.

After completing your order, you will receive an email with the package number and a link to track your shipment. It may happen that this email accidentally ends up in your spam folder - please check this as well.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot currently offer direct shipping to Switzerland.

The delivery times stated for our products refer to the delivery country Austria. Please note that this information includes the period in which we send the product to you. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, and the parcel service also delivers packages from Monday to Friday.

In rare cases, delays may occur. If this happens, we will inform you immediately.

For deliveries to Germany, the delivery time is extended by 2 working days. For all other countries, the delivery time can be 3-4 working days longer than stated. Example: If a delivery time of 1-2 working days is stated and the product is shipped to Germany, the total delivery time is 3-4 working days.
